The trainings to be held in 10 pilot provinces will be in the areas of “Project Cycle Management, Voluntary Management and Mobilization of the Community.”
The first two days of the training will be completed through group works on problem and stakeholder analysis, logical framework, targets and strategy, action plan, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation in project cycle management. On the last day of the training, we will focus on the principles and implementation of volunteer management, voluntary policy analysis and motivation and community mobilization. The trainings will be completed from 4 February to 4 April 2019.
The first round of trainings in the “Quality Service Delivery in Social Sector” and “Advocacy and Communication” were completed in 10 cities with the participation of 267 CSO representatives from 189 CSO and 58 public staff.
